Altho I could not have been happier with the original tiny trailer, it's accommodations and they way it performed on the road, I always had a (very) mild case of anxiety when it came to pulling the diminutive companion. Additionally, the idea of having to back up a trailer (could not be more counter intuitive) also weighed on me, but just barely. In fact, it was never a problem. So, in 2019 I bought a van (terrific Toyota Sienna that runs like a charm) and decided to convert the inside and travel as a single, stand alone unit. As far as the trip went (auto reliability, comfort and accommodations) not bad. No anxiety of pulling a trailer of course, but the quarters were indeed cramped. While traveling I can handle just about any reasonable accommodations so I did ok. But I knew I'd probably like more space next year. I was on the road for 45 days.
